Shipping rates

Free shipping on all orders over €60. Below this amount, standard shipping is a flat €5.90 across the European Union.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel ships.

Delivery times

France: 2–3 working days. European Union: 3–5 working days. Rest of the world: 5–10 working days.

Returns

You have 30 days from receipt to return any unused item in its original packaging. Returns are free within the European Union. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned parcel.

Damaged or non-conforming items

If a product arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, contact us within 7 days at hello@harmonea.shop with a photo. We will arrange an exchange or full refund at no cost.
