Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed on harmonea.shop, operated by HARMONEA GROUP LLC (the "Seller"), 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA.

1. Orders

Placing an order on the website confirms acceptance of these terms. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a manifest pricing error.

2. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€), VAT included. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

3. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of order via secure providers (card, PayPal). The Seller never stores card numbers on its servers.

4. Shipping

Orders ship within 24 to 48 working hours from the workshop. Delivery times depend on the destination country and the chosen carrier. Free shipping applies to orders over €60.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return any unused article in its original packaging for a full refund.

6. Warranty

All products benefit from the legal warranties of conformity and hidden defects. Any manufacturing defect entitles the customer to an exchange or refund.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA. Any dispute will first be addressed amicably before any judicial action.
